Not always. If we can access the septic tank and there are no locked gates or pets in the area, service can often be completed without anyone home. We can provide invoices and payment options electronically.

Most residential tanks range from 750–1,500 gallons. If you don’t know your tank size, we can often estimate it using county records or system information.

In most cases, additives are unnecessary if the tank is pumped regularly. Some additives can even harm the system or upset the natural bacteria balance.

No. Heavy vehicles can crush pipes, compact soil, and damage the septic tank or drain field.
